Regular Golf - (Ages 41 and above)
• Purchase of one Class B share of stock is required when golf privileges commence
(the current price is $500.00).
• Dues are $220.00 per month.
• A food minimum of $70 per month is required February through December.
• A Capital Improvement Fee of $30.00 per month.
Intermediate Golf - (Ages 18 through 40)
• Purchase of Class B share of stock is not required unless member wants voting rights.
• Dues are $125 per month.
• A food minimum of $50 per month is required February through December.
• A Capital Improvement Fee of $25.00 per month.
Social A
• Dues are $75 per month.
• A food minimum of $60 per month is required February through December.
• A Capital Improvement Fee of $5.00 per month.
Social B
• Dues are $30 per month.
• A food minimum of $125 per month is required February through December.
• A Capital Improvement Fee of $5.00 per month.
Single Senior Golf
• Purchase of one Class B share of stock is required when golf privileges commence
(the current price is $500.00)
• Dues are $160.00 per month
• A food minimum of $50 per month is required February through December.
• Capital Improvement Fee of $30.00 per month
• Must be 65 years of age or older and single
Non-Resident Golf
• Must live at least 75 miles from Ulen C.C. and not own or rent property in that radius
• Annual dues are $350. There is no food minimum.
• The member must pay $25.00 greens fees + cart fee
• There are no limit to the rounds of golf (including spouse)
• A non-resident member cannot play in tournaments with the exception of the
member/guest tournaments.
Corporate Social Membership
• Dues - $30.00 per member to be capped at $150.00. No upper limit on how many
individual memberships.
• There will be a $50.00 food minimum for each individual membership.
• Each member has the same privileges as the regular social class including 6 rounds of
golf (at the guest fee rate) and use of the clubhouse by immediate family members.
• The corporation will be responsible for all of the monthly fees and charges of their
employees and we would require a check from the corporation for the monthly fees or
they could use a company credit card with the 5% added fee.
Corporate Golf Membership
• Dues - $175.00 per member with a minimum of two members. No upper limit on
how many individual memberships.
• Capital Improvement Fee - $30.00 per month
• There will be a $50.00 food minimum for each individual membership.
• Each individual would have to fill out applications and have separate club accounts.
• Each member has the same golfing privileges as the regular golf membership except
they cannot play in any tournaments except the member/guests and have no family or
spousal golf privileges.
• The corporation will be responsible for all of the monthly fees and charges for their
employees and we would require a check from the corporation for the monthly fees or
they could use a company credit card with the 5% fee added.
