By downloading, installing, or using the Ulen Country Club App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Certain features may require an active Ulen CC membership.
2. License to Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and current information; use the App only for lawful purposes; do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or content; do not upload harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
4. Club Services & Features
Features may include membership management, event registration, reservations, communications, payment processing, and integrations with third-party services (maps, calendars, social media, analytics, advertising). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize these providers and agree to their terms.
6. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services connected to or embedded within the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and designs are the property of Ulen Country Club or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Club or members.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulen CC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ulen CC and its affiliates from claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
